Poly 61 Arpeggiator Rheostat

I have a Korg Poly 61 keyboard with a scratchy arpeggiator rheostat. I have contacted one of Korg's techs and he told me that that is an obsolete part and not available. My question is what are people using to replace this part? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
