My problem is this when im using my master keyboard to control the radias im getting stuck notes all the time , surely this is not normal.
What can i do to help this ,Will the recent update cure this problem?

Hi SFN,
could you tell how your MIDI/USB set up is wired? For example, this could happen if you have a MIDI data loop like MK to Radias via MIDI, Radias to DAW via USB, DAW to Radias via USB, being your DAW (recording SW) set to MIDI-Thru
Did you check your MK has note hold controller or footswitch off?

Hi axxim.
Im just using a simple MOTU midi patchbay the same one i have been using for the last ten years with no problems with other various keyboards , just the radias.

Hi SFN,
I would recommend to update to OS2 anyway. Since I have my Radias for about 3 weeks only I'm not very related to prior problems with it. But I read it solves some problems. Mine had allready OS2 installed.
Just to clarify: you only are using MIDI routing and your Radias isn't hooked via USB to any DAW?

hi Sci Fi,
Have you resolve the problem? I have just bought the radias from a guy in this forum who have this issue.
I have just got it today and found it happen to only 4 specific keys. will check on the OS version later. Hoping to contact Korg to resolve this issue

still having the same problems.
I have tried everything to resolve the problem but i still have the problems.
Trading it in , in about 2 weeks for a Access virus Ti.
If i play the Radias as a master just controlling one other keyboad i get stuck notes, if i use the radias as the slave with just one keyboard i get stuck notes , if i use it with my DAW i get stuck notes , if i use the midi out of my backing track machine , i get stuck notes .
There is no midi loop and local control is of too.
I have no hair left lol.
I have the latest OS too.

Do you have them even if you play the Radias only on its KB without any system connected?
I can understand your frustration and also would seriously try to change (get rid of) it, if I had such an issue. Since I haven't read any other users having this issue, (nene's seems to be the KB cable) it could be a uncommon and singular fault.
My last idea: Maybe the problem has the same nature as the audio problems stated so often in this forum, which usually turned to be just a faulty/dirty internal connector between boards and was solved opening the synth and cleaning them.

Hi Sci Fi,
Guess our problem is different. My stuck note issue happens with only the Radias. I have not tried to hook it up to other system yet.
Anyway an update on the stuck note issue that I have been facing. I have sent the unit to the local service center. Upon checking, the service guy told me that there is some wrong with the key contact of the keyboard. he suspect it to be the incest faeces; prob lizard's (there is a time and place for anything under the sky!!!)
Anyway, as the contact have not been corroded, he has proceed to clean it off and have run a dyno test on the keyboard. I have just got it back yesterday and it seems to be fine, am still trying it out.
