Please, I'm a noob and need help!

Hi everyone and thank you for reading my problem,

I have a Korg Karma and a Roland AX-7. I have on the Karma the factory settings and programs or combis, except one sound: a combi "Jens Johansson Style", consisting of 2 programs.

The problem is that when I plug the AX 7 into the Karma, I can play ALL the Combis and Programs without any problem or change, except my custom Jens COMBI, which changes completely his sound when the AX 7 is on. I think it sends a kind of message that turns off the effects of the Combi, because the crappy sound is the SAME as if I change the BUS of the both programs into L / R instead of IFX.
