1st post need help!!

Hello friends, this is my first post and I need your help. I bought a flash card for my Korg pa80 it's a 16 MB OK-1 Arabic style. But I can't seem to load it in my keyboard! everytime I insert the card nothing happens! What should I do or how? Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
