the korg parts supplier is useless and doesnt know anything about this keyboard and everytime i call get a different part number.. does anyone know where to get the correct pitch wheel (ie the potentiameter with the spring return) form the k49 or k25 keyboards.. thanks in advance

This is an unofficial, user run forum, so KORG won't answer you here. And most of us aren't into buying replacement parts, being that most of the products work well. If you have a breakage or problem, it is best to take it to a KORG service centre (in the US), or contact your country's KORG distributor (e.g. KORG UK) for support and repairs.
Or take it to someone qualified to fix it, they should have the service manual and know which parts to replace.
