Hello,
The power jack on my microkorg is loose, and it turns off and on by itself (I have tried two different power supplies, so it must be the input jack). Does anyone have any home repair suggestions? Do I need a special part?
Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem.
I have a Korg X50 and it's original power jack is loose, won't stay in place and powers on & off. Very annoying.
I assume it's the power jack that has lost its grip on the 12v adapter plug. I would like to replace the power jack on the back of the X50.
Are there any repair options for this issue?
Thanks

Micro-x has same problem.....
I have the same problem with my microx, I love the sound, but it sucks when it loses power when I'm trying to play the damn thing...
I think I need a new power jack or adapter, but was wondering if I can put a more stable connector than the one they used....like a screw on or something, will probably require some drilling so I'm reluctant to do it, I'm ok with the soldering though.
I think x-50 and Micro-X use the same shoddy adapter...any suggestions ideas would be appreciated.
