Korg Tr rack issues

If I play, for example, sound number B62 "square wave lead" and I press C and then I press quickly C three or more octaves up, the note that sound is F# instead of C and, if I press again, the note that sounds is the normal C that should sound.

If I am not explaining this well, I leave this demo. Here I am just pressing two keys but what sounds are three notes, which is a kind of bug.

That's normal. And it's known as the legato bug. When it sounds at the right pitch, it's because the initial note is shutted off. But if you try that carefully you'll see that always sounds right in a limited pitch range.

Regards, and kill a LFO.

Yes, it's a glitch which is common on Korg's workstations, even the latest [M3] has it. My original thread about it in this Trinity section has long been pruned.

The Legato mode works fine when you play the notes within (I believe) a single sample-region, but as soon as your hand moves out of that key-range and into a new sample region (of the multi-sample), or similar, it buggers up and just plays the last or first note in the sample range of the key you're holding (sustaining), which will most likely be completely out of tune and will sound like you've bodged up.

If you play live it can be particularly embarassing if you're not expecting it!
