Hi to all,

A friend of mine deals with some problems with his Trinity Pro. What he gets each time he turns the instrument on is one of the following cases.

1. Totally Blank Screen (Only blue lighting with no messages at all)
2. "SRAM Initialize" message without holding Enter + 0 during turn on.
3. The following Error Message (check photos below) is also displayed

Does anyboady have a clue about what those Error Codes correspond to? Do you think that this instrument was switched off or lost its power while OS Update?

Thanks in advance

Hi
I remember having similar message once when i had downloaded a sound bank from the internet and loaded it in the Trinity. What i would do is reinstall the OS. If your friend had custom sounds and didn't do a backup...well, sorry!

Thanks for your reply.

We have already tried to Load OS (ENTER+RESET) on boot up but the instrument does not respond. It doesn't even ask for disk 1.

We tried to initialize it with ENTER + 0. Also nothing happens.

We have also tried to Enter Test Mode (ENTER +5). Same result...the instrument stays frozen to its initial error display above

A rather old post I know :)

Did you ever resolve the blank screen even when pressing enter-reset,0,5?
I’m having the exact same issue on my trinity pro

First port of call would be to check the power supply outputs with a multimeter and oscilloscope.
