You bought it new or used? New, return it. Used, you got scammed - the seller knew it did that. Something magnetic/ferrous in the transformer is chipped, cracked, or loose, causing it to vibrate at 60Hz with the EMF field. It's probably harmless, if the aggravation of hearing buzzing forever could be considered harmless. Someone who knows electronics could probably open it up to see what actually causing the buzzing, then secure or remove it. It's not something I'd recommend doing on your own if you don't know what you're doing, since it may need to be powered up and require a lot of precaution from the shock hazard to identify the problem while the circuit is exposed.

If your friend opens it up, it will void the warrantee. If you got it from a store, return it back to the store to exchange it for a working one, if you are still in the return period. Otherwise you'll have to send it to Korg. I don't know how long it will take. If you're out of the store return period you don't have much choice for a free repair. You might need to buy a spare if you can't be without one while waiting for the replacement.
