Korg definatly will show us very soon Oasys 2 or PS60

1) If Korg carres about Korg musicians and according to the Korg Philosiphy Korg want's to bring us the best that is possible we will see Oasys 2

2)But if Korg is all about money we will see PS60 instid of Oasys 2

well i think korg cares for muscians in general ,but after all its a company and it observes the market and its needs..so what all the musicians want rly not the oasys2..cz many of us cant afford a7000$ or 8000$ keyboard price ..but a succsssor for the m3..!! yea ..bcz in the triton family we have witnessed 3 heavy caliber keyboards the classic, studio and extreme not to mention the le,and tr and in the M family only the m5o and m3..so in another version of m3 we hope well get the km3 ,more light weight and most important something reprsents physical moudling board like the moss so hope korg release every one demands ..cheers :D

I think if anything we're going to see a RADIAS 2. It has been a while since Korg has released a flagship synthesizer. And knowing them they'll probably want it to have some connectivity with a workstation in the same air as the current M3 73 and RADIAS module scheme.

So is it possible that we will see an M3000 and RADIAS2000 soon? By soon I would project within two years :P

The MS2000 came out in 2000, we saw an update in '03. The RADIAS was released in 2006 and version 2.0 came out sometime afterwards. Here we are now headed into 2011 after consecutive price drops on the unit. I think its about time for an update.

How about a new clonewheel? It's been over 10 years since they introduced a new organ. The SV-1 doesn't count...
Current Korg Gear: KRONOS 88 (4GB), M50-73 (PS mod), RADIAS-73, Electribe MX, Triton Pro (MOSS, SCSI, CF, 64MB RAM), SQ-64, DVP-1, MEX-8000, MR-1, KAOSSilator, nanoKey, nanoKontrol, 3x nanoPad 2, 3x DS1H, 7x PS1, FC7 (yes Korg, NOT Yamaha).

There are some people that cannot afford m3, so should we all play ps60?

p.s.
If thay will make Oassys 2, thay will be able to cut some it's futures and make a new M3 with the minimum afford

Speculations, speculations :) Since few months ago Karma developer Stephen Key mentioned, that Korg has no new collaborations with him, my guess is - we won't see anything new regarding M3 anytime soon. Even no OS upgrade, with fixed 'bug'(?), which doesn't allow resampling of whole M3 performance through external effect processor - Kaossilator or other - for lets say atomizer effect (this creates feedback). On the other hand, current 'workstations' as Korg names them, do not allow fully functional audio recording anyway. So, if someone expects something bigger than Nanotron from Korg, than it will be something completely different, obviously without Karma :? . Must admit, I would love to see Radias extreme ;) with built in sequencer - somewhat a competition to Spectralis.

I highly doubt we'll ever see anything moss related again. I would think an updated M3 with all the uncompressed samples from the Oasys, 1 or 2G Flash Rom, slightly updated Radias exp, perhaps organ exp. Karma will probably be out because of S. Kay's departure from Korg, which is a shame. I truly hope the next M3-4-5 whatever, is more performance oriented with combi/program hold feature for smooth patch changes, much quicker combi/program changes and something like a quick access mode for favorite combi/programs. Come on Jan. NAMM.

for the record, Korg has publicly stated that MOSS development has stopped indefinitely and will not be coming back. It's over. Move on. Even the developers of MOSS have let it die (Korg merely licensed it).

Oasys Lé would be nice :) Kind of like an Oasys with just the first three software instruments (HD-1, AL-1, CX-3) and just some of the controllers and stuff (maybe M3 style of chassis) and hardware memory expansion (non-volatile) for external samples to use with HD-1. And of course the patch remain function could be a nice addition.
