Download Vintage Keys onto SD card?

Post by sixtoeightfeet »

I'd like to have those Vintage Key sounds but don't want to use up all the extra space on my M-50. I think someone might have posted instructions on this in the past, but is there a way for me to download those extra keyboards onto an SD card that I can pick and choose sounds from in the future? my desktop computer has a SD card slot. Thanks.
Keep lookin' 'round the bend.

Just load them onto the SD card and go to media mode. Then you can select the PCG containing the vintage keys, select OPEN instead of LOAD and browse to PROGRAMS, select OPEN again, select the bank and press OPEN once angain and you can choose which specific programs to load. Selecting them one by one and playing on the keyboard will allow you to hear them before loading into a program slot. One you are happy with the program you wish to load, select LOAD over that program and enter a Bank/Program location to save into and you are set.
