only outputting on the right channel?

i've only had my electribe esx-sd for a couple weeks but now it's only outputting audio on the right channel! i changed the wires, and tried the headphone jack as well as just L/Mono and R, and still it only outputs on the right channel...
i looked all over but couldn't find any "balance" setting for left/right output that i could've maybe twisted all the way to the right. does that exist?
what could be wrong? is this the diagnosis of a blown tube?
thanks so much for any help!

that's the PAN control.
but to only ever get output on the R channel you'd have to have adjusted the PAN for every part on every pattern
you could try routing a part to the Individual Outputs and see if you get the Left channel, because that bypasses the tubes. You could also try swapping the tubes round and seeing if you only get output on the Left channel after swapping them.

I just had the same problem. The output on the left channel of my emxsd stopped working. If I played with the main volume knob I could produce sound with mixed results (mostly seriously distorted but very quite output). Tried swapping cables and the tubes without luck. Seems like a bad solder connection with the volume pot. I replaced it with another at the store - hopefully this one doesn't develop the same problem.
