Problems with sound selector knob skipping banks?

I've owned my R3 for a full two years. Never had any issues except with the power cable. Today, the sound selector knob is skipping my B,C,D,E,F, and G banks. It will only hit the A bank and go backwards to P through K and then jump back to A. I saved my sounds to R3 editor on my laptop. Anyone ever have this issue?
