I don't get how these are great clips. What am I missing? (At first this seemed to be a joke).

Well, anything that shows or is related to a Kronos in this thread must be nice, sweet, lovely or great, didn't you know?

at 0:21, ladies and gentlemen, you'll see realized an old joke about jazz:

"if you make a mistake, repeat it three times. People will think you did it on purpose".

Yes, but, it's pretty hard to even hear the Kronos in these clips. When you remove the piano, drums, some sort of guitar, what is actually being played on the Kronos, that is audible "in the mix"?

I am disappointed.

They didn't play "Feelings".

It's my benchmark for evaluating an arranger/stage keyboard.

The videos weren't created to demo the instruments. It was simply Korg VIPs having fun. And with that in mind, it was cool to see a couple of Kronos' being used.

Some Kronoi as mere grand piano decorations for an oldie band, that looks to me about as exciting as a bunch of artificial flowers in a furniture show.

It is hard for me to imagine anyone making less meaningful use of such an instrument.

I agree. These videos could do as much to curtail Kronos preorders as the pre-release marketing campaign -- PREPARE TO BE AMAZED -- did to stoke them!

And as soon as I saw that first video, I knew ozy would have a field day...

and they didn't even play "jump" :(

Can the "jump" sound be programmed on the Kronos?

I need to know, before I sell my roland gaia and order a kronos.
