Pa800 problem.

Hi, I own a korg pa800 and it works very good.
But the last time i cant understand it..

I load a set and it works good. after playing and shuting down the pa800 i go out lets say for 3 hours. Then i comeback and want to play little.
Suddenly the SET is very wierd, the Styles doesnt sounds as they have to and its wierd. It wasnt like that for a week ago. I dont know what happend.

Here is also my problem:

What should i do to not load my favorite SET everytime i start the pa800?
For a week ago it was just put the power on and PLAY.
