Hello there,

I wonder if this devastation in Japan would affect the production of KRONOS units. There's so much destruction in the country.

Our prayers are with all of those affected by this tragedy.

I understand the question, but I'm more concerned, that the people living in Japan are alive and well, and that their suffering is limited. My thoughts and best wishes are with them!

I regard a time delay for the delivery of the Kronos as quite a secondary problem in comparison.

I fear it to be worse than inital reports. I worry for them and wish them the best

May God comfort and help the Japanese.
Did it happen close to Korg facilities?

Of course these are in my thoughts as well. Watching those videos on CNN.com is just...oh! It speaks for itself. My hopes and prayers are with the Japanese people.

I have been speaking with many of my Korg friends and they are OK - Tokyo was not as affected as further up North. But who knows of their extended families and friends. Trains are not running well, so many people cannot even try to get home tonight.

Very scary and we all should be concerned for the people, not the future products...

Got an email from a friend in the home office in Japan, they are 300 miles form the epi center. Still the magnitude there was over 5.0. He is stuck int he office till the trains start to run tomorrow at the earliest. He said he was just glad he was in a new building with the our companies building shock absorbers under it.

I exchanged email with a number of friends at Korg last night. As Jerry says, it sounds like everyone there is OK. Even though they weren't near the center of the damage, everyone says it was the worst quake they've ever felt. Korg constructed a new headquarters building a few years ago, and it sounds like it held up well.

It is good to hear any good news, thanks Dan.

I know that many thoughts and prayers from Germany are with the people in Japan! There will certainly be help from us in Europe, as far as we can help and Japan asks for it.

I especially hope and pray that there will be no nuclear fusion meltdown: this looks like the by far biggest menace, after the devastating earthquakes and the tsunami waves (I have been quite shocked by the pictures in our news).

I just received official word that all is OK at Korg HQ in Japan.

Of course there are so many peripheral ways that something of this magnitude can effect the people there.

Wishing them all the best.

This is a very haunting video montage from CNN. Unbelievable devastation.
