Having issues with my bass-y distortion roll

I created this beautiful bass-y distortion roll patch a long time ago. Basically, you'll play two notes, maybe a third or a fifth, and the waves will interact in such a way that a nice bass-heavy rolling distortion sound forms. Different notes and intervals result in different speeds if the rolling sound, not because of some patching work but rather how the waves naturally distort together.
The closest thing I can compare it to is the starting synth in Deadmau5's Some Chords:

However, there is one terrible problem: there is one Eb/D# that when brought to a certain volume (not ridiculously high where anything would distort on bad speakers) buzzes uncontrollably, and the frequency is very harsh and abrasive- not the nice distortion rolls of the patch. the E and D surrounding it are also affected, but not as much.
I have a song that NEEDS this note in it; and I can't change the key. If I lower the key, it becomes way too muddy, and if I raise it the song loses it's rolling warm feel. Additionally, there's a few samples and recordings I already have laid out, and while Logic's pitch changing features are great they aren't perfect and often ruin a good sample.
I've been playing around with the R3's inbuilt EQs as well as filter and effect settings, anything that effects harmonics really, and I can't seem to get rid of the Eb's buzzing without ruining the rolling distortion elsewhere. Post-processing hasn't worked either.
Any ideas on what I should do to fix this one sour note? Would uploading the patch help you guys to determine what I could do?
Thanks a lot!
