I don't think it's camera problem, we clearly see 4 blue leds on pitch bend...

Yes it is certainly looks the same pitch bend device as on the M3/Kronos...
I suspect it is a cable that has been left unattached. The pitch bend parts are easily accessible via removal of the left end cheek panels, so I might have a look and see whats what. It is only 6 screws.

Okay, had a look....I reckon these guys (in the video) have replaced the PA3 pitch bend device with the M3 pitch bend device.
I had a good look at the one one the PA3, and there are no visible LEDs underneath located in the 4 positions as shown in that video. I shone a backlight under the white plastic and there is nothing there except white plastic!!
Plus a close examination by eye revealed nothing even remotely looking like LED housings.

I heard that Korg decided not to put leds on Pa3x bender!
Personally, I prefer not to have leds just to avoid having problems later!!

Vex , I think a led panel with advertisements could be a better solution that could raise your reward in GIGs !
This is a 6 x 3 array of 3 color LEDs with a chip module controller (usually unmounted from Christmas tree led lights)
The exact function with fading out-in seems to be a Little more complicated to design without e-rom , but a
CMOS decade counter with reset at 4 , a gate VLF oscillator and leds is the simple option to make it
if of course you deal with digital circuits !

I am thinking to use for gigs

I'l have cristmas keyboard during a whole year
I have friends here who are working at electronic engineering faculty ,I'm sure that they will help me around digital circuits
Thanks for the "christmas" tip
