Use Virtual Patch.

Virtual patch is for assigning sources to destinations. So you can for example say connect:
source=Mod Wheel
to destination=Cutoff
with Intensity (depth)=30

Then the cutoff will go up by 30 when you push the modwheel all the way up.

While that specific example is in fact accurate, it is also misleading. An intensity value of +63 will make the mod wheel open a lowpass filter all the way, not halfway up if its CC value is zero. The effect of intensity for a v.patch source is graduated, that is to say higher values will have more of an effect (63 = 127).

It may also be useful to point out that the modulation wheel is set to function as the vibrato intensity mod source [via LFO2]. To disable this function go to the Pitch section of the RADIAS and change VibratInt to zero. It is set to a depth of 0060cents by default.
