Recording Video with ipodTouch/iphone

I've just worked out how to make a video with my ipodTouch with pretty decent sound quality. You need one of those RCA cables with three plugs at one end and the small 3.5mm single plug (it has four conductors) at the other. Both the ipodTouch and iphone will accept the mic/line in which makes for far better sound than the built-in mic.
You need to plug the RED RCA into your sound source for your iphone/ipod to work (ignore the White and Yellow plugs). Its only mono input but the sound quality is quite good.
Make sure you test the sound at a very low level at first. The line out from your keyboard is about twice as lound as you need so ideally have a mixer with adjustable levels and start low for your first trial.
I used a Yamahah Stage pass with the keyboard level on the Stagepass at about 3/10 and used the record out jack. Its best to only have one line (L/mono) from your keyboard plugged in so the two tracks are summed to mono.
Anyway heres my first couple of attempts as a rank amatuer at this:
