i've tried this tutorial and gotten something kind of like it, but it never works for me, i cant seem to get the sine square or the correct distortion/etc. and the wavetable seems hard to replicate, although i've gotten close with formants...

is it possible to accurately simulate this tutorial?

Not really. You'll have to go about making the sound in a different way.

Why? Because Massive's wavetables are essential to it.
