I have uploaded PCG and SNG files to help isolate the issue. If I run this song (needless to say, with the attached PCG), the keybed mute issue is reproduced in bar 1, 2, 6, 8, 13 and 14

Hope this helps us isolate the issue and we get a resolution ASAP.

If you can't reproduce the issue using this, suggest me what will help you get a dump of my keyboard and I will try and help out.
