Try from a SD card ... if that works then it must be related to the USB stick itself. Maybe it's formatted with FAT32 instead of FAT16. Try to format the stick on the M50 before usage.

If you still have problems after re-downloading it could you please inform me which patch it is concerning and I need to check it works, I have atleast tested opening most of them with PCG-Tools and it seemed to work fine atleast. Also you could test with other PCG files and see if they work incase the USB-drive is the problem

I also loaded all of them with PCG Tools, however, PCG Tools only extracts the data the tool needs and the Kronos needs more.
What might be possible is that the USB stick was taken out unsafe or before it was ready with writing (not flushed writing fully).
