Kronos Upgrade Mid October 2011?

Post by robkeith »

Does that mean 15th October, although Oct has 31 days so could be mid 16th Oct. I am really hanging out Korg hope its on time and ready for delivery?

I'm sure it's just a rough estimate or there would have been a concrete date in the news section. I definitely can't wait to be able to hook the nanoPAD directly up to the Kronos's USB!

Cheers!

I'm sure it's mentioned somewhere in the manual, that the two USB inputs are capable of accepting 8 devices each, so I'm guessing that a POWERED USB hub should work :)

It works for storage but I guess nobody has an answer yet if it works to connect several Midi Inputs yet.
But I Think I've seen somewhere when the 1.5 was announced that Kronos supports several midi devices (one device per midi channel?) via USB. But i have no source on this.

Korg's use of the work "availability" can mean lots of things....

Available in Europe soon means - maybe in 6 months if you are lucky.

So mid-October could be 15th, 16th, .... November, who knows....
