The Sustain Pedal does not work on the PA3X - amiright??????

So I've gone thru 3 Pedals - that all work on other PA boards (PA 2x and PA 800) NONE of those Pedals work on my PA 3X for any real length of time.
I have:
1. Calibrated the Pedal.
2. Changed pedals and not pressed the pedal while changing tones
3. Rebooted the Keyboard
The only thing I haven't done is use an actual DS1H Pedal - which is the reccomended pedal - it's currently unavailable to me.
So: Does anyone else have this oroblem with their '3, and do I absolutely HAVE to use the DS1H to be able to play?
IS THIS AN OS FLAW...? (I'm using OS 1.11)
I'm going NUTS here - anyone help with ANY info or suggestions at all??

That was odd! Mine stopped working, and I thought it may be because it was an old pedal... So what is this all about?

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
(it's NOT my imagination

)
I'm testing as we speak......
I even thought it was certain Midi Files triggering the Sustain Pedal to go inactive (yeah, I don't know how either) but it's not so far.....

Oh , and Roni, are you using a "Generic" Pedal, or specifically the DS1H as recommended....????

I am using an ordinary damper pedal. After calibration works perfectly. The pedal has just a simple switch inside.

I use a generic pedal, just a switch inside and it works OK.

Same here....
No issues at all.
My friends have EC5 routed to Damper, no problems there either.
Sharp.

Ok so gigging yesterday (Wednesday) and all was ok.
I will keep you guys posted though, because it WAS a BIG issue for me I can tell you.
Certainly, with certain instruments (an Organ sound or two) the Pedal suddenly stops working... Maybe it's a half damper issue????

if using performances, make sure the damper is actually turned on, as some have it turned off by default
