Korg bundle software pin

Hello, my girlfriend offered me a nanoPAD 2 and I have been looking for the place where I could enter my korg bundle software pin to download software like ezdrummer lite etc... could anyone help me?

A few months ago, I purchased a Korg microKEY. It is a pretty nice little keyboard. It came with the coupons for software downloads. The only coupon I have used is for Toontrack EZDrummer Lite. There is no provision on Korg's website to get the download that I could find. You need to go to the Toontrack website.
Once there, click on Support--Downloads---Create Your Account. If I remember correctly, once you have created your account, you can download the software and authorize it to use on your computer. It is a really nice basic drummer software instrument. BEWARE--you will probably want to upgrade to the full version. This version is the teaser, but you can get some pretty good results with it.

KORG LEGACY COLLECTION, Special Bundle, Missing the Bundle

Hi I purchased the KORG MicroKey61 because it was almost the same price as buying the KORG Legacy Collection without anything else.
Problem is, they only gave me the license for the Effects plug-ins but none of the licenses for the synths are showing when I enter my Korg Bundle Software PIN.
Anyone else experience this issue? I emailed Korg, but they take a long time to reply.
