"Written" Program is much quieter in Seq and Combi

Hi,
I just finished creating a bass sound i'm really happy with and i've selected "Write Program" via the Utility menu in the editor software to save it. Now that i've switched to Seq mode( and/or Combi mode) and selected this program in one of the slots, it seems to play back much quieter, it also sounds like the amp release of the notes may be shorter than the version I saved in the Prog mode. Does anyone one know why this may be? I would have thought it would sound identical seeing as I saved it before switching modes?

p.s I triggering the Microstation via a MIDI file in cubase on my DAW

okay, so i've worked out that the reason it is quieter in Combi and Seq mode compared to Prog mode is because the IFX I have inserted in Prog mode are not present in SEQ and Combi mode when I open the saved program sound. Surely it would make sense that if you work on a sound in PROG mode and it includes IFX they should be written with the other paramters which make up the sound?
Does anyone know if theres a quick way of transferring the IFX from my PROG mode to the SEQ or COMBI mode so that they are copied over to the channel of my choice?

Isn't there a menu option to copy it? I know at least for combi there is an option ... go to the IFX page, select the menu and then copy IFX or MFX from program/combi (or something like that).

thanks for the reply Michel,
I've now tried this but when I try the "Copy IFX" option in combi or seq mode, when I attepmt to search/locate the saved program of my choice there is only an option to search in banks A, B and C. My program/patch is saved in bank D as its a user made program. Seems stange that you can't search all of the banks!?
