D3200 Power button

I can't turn on my unit. I got stuck in the drum session recording trying to record bass with the drum program. It wouldn't let me exit to add bass recording and or turn off or on. I had to unplug it and it won't turn back on. I'm in deep with this string of recordings and need this to work --please someone help.
