Editing styles in record problem?

Quick q, when i click record and want to edit my style in record a massage pops up and says "Fills and Guitar mode converted" and it completely wrecks the style after i save>?
Why is this happening, am i missing something here, this was never the case with pa2x?

Are you trying to edit a style that was originally mate on pa2x? If so, the Guitar Mode 2, could be the problem maybe? Just an idea. Maybe it's not compatible with the previous guitar mode.

Yes the styles are most likely made on pa2x, but korg claims that its all compatible.
How come they are working fine if guitar mode is not compatible? its only when i try to edit a style, i click record and ok then i get that massage. And then after i save and exit from the record mode, style guitars are not working properly, and other programs mixed.
