Simple question: is korg listening to the forum?

Real simple question, do people from korg actually view/participate here or are we wasting our keystrokes? I see a ton of ignored threads about issues that still exist. I'm not here to vent, I'm here to hopefully improve the apps.

This forum headline says it all. It may be possible that some Korg people takes a look here (and there are some), but I doubt they feel the obligation to post here solutions to exposed issues or promise its fixes or new requested wishes for future products. I say that because my experience with real "official" forums is that there are similar or even more ignored than this one.
Being a developer myself for large industrial customers, you can't develop a product attending each request or whish they may have. Normally there has to be a specification which is "recollected" by the sales and customer departments, based on marketing aspects which also involves a deadline for its development (usually a fair like NAMM, CeBIT, FMM, Hannover Messe, etc)
If development of a product would include the steady feedback and wishes of the customers and stakeholders, they never would be finished.
Additionally, the actual life cycle of an electronic product gets shorter every time, users want the newest technology and this way we can say that no one cares any more about the bugs of the last generation of devices when the new one is launched.
EDIT: As if I were to get punished by what I have said above, take a look here:

These aren't korg products so such as iPad apps. Take a look at the nano studio forums for an example of how an iPad app grows after its first release.
Obviously, aside from rare firmware updates, hardware is set in stone. This isn't the case with iPad apps. Some apps don't solidfy until after several updates addressing the concerns of early adopters.
So, what I'm seeing is that a "features request" thread is a fairly meaningless exercise compared to the same thread in a forum of different app designers.
I guess the question is answered.
