Problems with Nanokey and Nanokontrol

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro. I recently got a Nanokey off of ebay, and I got a Nanokontrol off of ebay.

When I first got the Nanokey, it was working fine. I wanted to get the Nanokontrol to go along with it.

I just hooked up the Nanokontrol to my computer. It lights up, it shows up in Audio/MIDI devices, but when I do test setup, it didn't respond.

I thought maybe I needed to update the drivers, so I updated the drivers for the Nanoseries. Now both devices light up when plugged in, but they show up in Audio/MIDI devices with completely different icons and without the in/out triangles that appear in Audio/MIDI devices. And neither device responds to a MIDI test.

First of all, how do I uninstall the drivers (since at least Nanokey worked fine until I updated those drivers)?

Second, why is my Nanokontrol lighting up, but not sending any MIDI signals to my computer?

Thanks!

Okay, quick update - it turns out with the driver update, the Nanokey simply wasn't responding in the Audio/MIDI setup application. It still works fine in Finale.

Still trying to figure out how to work the Nanokontrol, though. ;-)

Have you contacted your local Korg distributor for support yet?
