I bought my korg from ebay and sounds awesome
HOWEVER..
On the lower or higher Program/Performance.. non of the sounds ie Organ, Bass. Synths, etc are in the right place? For instance if I use the lower and select BASS its says EMPTY !! If I select the upper and go to GUITAR its displays Organ sounds... Surely I should be able to select a "sound/voice" and simply play the keyboard with that sound?? I can with my old faithful M1
SHOULD I DO A FACTORY RESET??

You didn`t say which model of Korg Keyboard you´ve got.
But in any case, to bring your keyboard back to factory standard,
at first you will have to load the Operating System and after that
you should load the Musical Resources.
For the different types of keyboards you should find the downloads of OS and Musical Resources at the korgpa.com pages.

PLEASE HELP ME I am going out of my mind !!
I have been back n fro for WEEKS to get this fixed and NOTHING is getting rectified.
I will start from the very beginning AGAIN.
I bought the Pa50SD off ebay I was in awe of it until I realized something was wrong.
on the right hand side under Program/Performance there are a selection of sounds or voices top...Piano, E.Piano Mallet Bell
On the bottom SAX WOODWIND SYNTH etc
When you select ANY of these they are not in the right order for example if on the upper I select "MALLET I get Piano??? on the lower if I select SAX I will get a synth?
So I came on KORG site to see if I can do a factory reset and I was give instructions to follow a "link" to download files that will do this...
I have followed this METICULOUSLY and I am getting on the screen NOT Pa SERIES or CORRUPT FILE everytime.
I have tried n tried and sent emails to a gut who was helping me but all I seem to get is go tto here do this and select that and NOTHING is working now I feel like I am stupid when infact I am questioning the advice given !!!..is there ANYONE who knows what they are doing that can help me???
PLEASE >>
why dont someone call me? this has been going on MONTHS now and not giving me much faith in KORG anymore !!
I have the M1 which is still MINT and the MONOPOLY also MINT so why cant this arranger be "reset" ?????

It’s not clear which disc you are referring to. The pa50 uses floppy discs to load the styles and the operating system, and the pa50sd uses an sd memory card instead of floppy discs. If you go to korgpa. Website (as suggested by Capricorn) you can download the pa50sd user manual. You can also download the operating system and the resources ( styles, sounds etc.). If you have a pa50, go to korgpa website, (discontinued products) and do the same. The manual will tell you how to reload the operating system and resources. You may not need to reload the operating system, just the resources.
