What kind of QR sounds are you interested in?

There will be one more free soundset to complete the Ambient Dreams Program collection. This will be based on the HD1 engine and is filled with vectorized Pads, orchestral sounds and great leads. This one will be available later this year (probably july).

But i've got more and more questions about the possibilities of buying additional sounds and combis from me. So i started to investigate if it's possible to open a simple store for that. Luckely i've got some people offering to help me with this so it looks like that this is going to happen in a couple of months.

But therefor i would like you to ask what kind of sounds you would like to see in such a store, there are so many possibilities that i can't make a choice myself, so any input about this from you is much appreciated.

Things i'm considering are:

1. - Ambient Combi soundsets
2. - Modern Combi soundsets (dance)
3. - Engine based soundsets like the AL-1 or STR-1
4. - A new age piano soundset (programs and combis)
5. - Theme based soundsets like a: sounds from the Eigthies soundset
6. - Sample based reproductions of other hardware synths like the Virus TI or the Roland JP8000
7. - Custom KARMA GE's

The first mentioned four items are ready. But i'm really interested in your opinions and ideas, what kind of sounds would be interesting for you?

That's quite a nice array of potential sounds. Good luck. BTW that is also a handsome variety of keyboards there. :) :)

#4 (first choice) and #1 (second choice). Perhaps #7, as well, except that I don't actually know what this means!

I will take them all! Your sounds & combis have been top notch. I have total faith in your skills. I will be one of the first to make this purchase.

Hello Q

Mostly I am looking for Jazz-fusion combies
in fact the only thing I don't use is dance.

Good split piano/bass with drum and Karma

I would be very interested in classics like the Juno 106 -- really fat analog pads and leads.

Some GEs might be nice. There aren't many 3rd party packs of them.

But then I suppose many people wouldn't know what to do with them anyway, so you'd need to provide some sounds if only to demonstrate them, and then inevitably the GES would become the sideshow!

My main interest would be classical vintage synth sounds suitable for funk, R&b, nujazz and jazzrock from the three synth engines: rooted in the 70s vintage synth sounds rather than in the 80s, but with a modern touch for temporary use, like they are used in many modern styles.

If that sounds cryptic, just ask.

I would prefer 5 and 6. Agreement with jimknopf -> give the vintage sound a modern touch
