Hi all,
Just trying to determine if I should invest in a decent isolation transformer (had several recommendations on the SurgeX 15 Amp: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/ ... &zmap=SA15). I like the idea of strong equipment protection along with the additional filtering that may come from improperly grounded outlets (which we have all experienced!). Anyone use something like this, and do you recommend the SurgeX product or something else? I will be using it for the Kronos and a pair of active speakers, so I would probably need a 15 Amp minimum protector.
Thanks in advance for the help!
What kind of surge protector do you use?

I personally just use the cheapest surge protector I can find. They protect up to 15 amps, do not introduce much noise (unless you use it like I do and you connect multiple surge protectors to that just so that I can plug in everything in one place -- not recommended, but works), and not to mention way more outlets. But that's just me.
Cheers! Yoa
