x 50 firmware update error

HI All. I'm trying to update my firmware. I've downloaded all the most recent software, and I'm using win 7 64 bit. As soon as I try and run the kmupdate. exe on the pc I get a message saying update device is not found. Anyone any suggestions?

x 50 firmware update error

Either the firmware updating-software doesn't work with Win7 or you didn't install the usb-driver software.
