Hi, just bought a second hand keyboard from a store.Didnt tell me any specs and I assumed it was original as new.However when go under media it shows a hdd option that i can sekect.Is a hard disc installed or? where can i sea on the keybord if thats the case.Also i think there is extra memory in the keybord 256mb .Where can i check that?? Thanks for you help .

This procedure is the same for PA800 and PA2X, wondering wether this should not be adaptible for PA3x ?!


Activate SOUND MODE on your Keyboard.
Then press RECORD.
You are now entering the SAMPLING Section.

Then press the MENU button.

From display you choose SAMPLE EDIT / SAMPLE RECORD.

Now you get the TAB's on bottom of Page.

Choose Tab with "SAMPLING INFO"

On the right block on screen there is the available MONO TIME in seconds for SAMPLING RAM.
And the **FREE BYTES** taken into account of all pre-loaded SAMPLES.
!*HERE*! you can see, whats installed as available RAM in your Keyboard.
(I dont know about the compression-algorithm in PA3X, maybe when 256 MB are shown, you can load much more... i heard it from german Korg-Forum ... )

To Leave this section press EXIT without saving!
