Hallo, I'm sorry that I'm bothering you with this , but I'm too worry . My M3 start to lowering the level of the sound when I play. It come back to normal level when I change to program and then back to combination . Can you explain to me if it's a OS problem or I have to look elsewhere! I've try to Re-install my OS 2.0.4 with the same but the M3 doesn't leave me to do that! Shall I recall somehow the factory settings I mean like to press few buttons and to reset the M3 ?
Thanks a lot in advance !

p.s.
I connest the module MIDI to other synth and the problem exist !

You should install the operating system:
XPANDED 2.0 (not 2.0.4).

It was already Expanded with 2.0 and then 2.0.4! I reset the M3 with ENTER+1+Power and then reload my PCG and SEQ and Samples. It continue to do the sound lowering . With switching freom COMBI->PROG->COMBI the problem disappear for unknown period !
It's really strange !!!
Thanks for the advice .

What do you mean with "lowering the level"? Does sound level go from normal to lower gradually or instantly? Is this lower value always the same or even zero? Do you also hear any sound changes (filter, distorsion...)? In this case maybe ribbon controller might be stuck...
Have you already reloaded a system? Did you try to unconnect M3 from a computer and all controllers?

Yes to disconnected the unit
yes - it is about half level down
No - dist-filter and so on!
I attached expression pedal and is gone, it might be the Jack connection ( Hardware)
Thank's
I'll try to repair the unit and let you know what it were
Thank you for all those suggestions
