Case + Stand Kaoss Pad 3?

Since I'm planning to eventually use the Kaoss Pad 3 for live performances, I'd like two things: A hard case, and something to mount the pad on.

When it comes to the case, I'm thinking about two cases, the DAP universal foam case 1, and 2. http://www.laenenmusic.nl/contents/medi ... etail1.jpg (number 1)

Is anyone using a different flight case for the KP3? Or is anyone using one of these and extremely (un)happy about it?

About the stand; I've been playing with the idea to perhaps try and get an old, decent mic stand somehwere. Hopefully, since the twist-on connection for the mic holder is kind of universal, I can get someone to make a custom performance casing, it's most important features being
- Keeping the KP3 in place while playing
- Allowing room for all performance-necessary inputs (for example, I'm not thinking about switching SD cards mid-gig)
- Able to fit on any mic stand, so I don't have to drag one around myself when gigging

Anyone got the same needs, and a casing that lives up to it? Please, let me know!

I must post a pic of my setup, i'm using a long guitar pedal case with my KOP and KP3 in series with a couple of other vocal FX pedals, all perma-wired and self contained with the power leads etc. All I gotta do at a gig is flip open the case, and jack in to the System and grab one wall socket. It's handy. And the case is a beast, you could empty a Tommy Gun on it no bother at all. But f*ck me, is it heavy and awkward, you need to have a van, though I have brought it on the bus too!
