ipad apps

Now that I am loving my PA3X, can someone tell me how to set up the midi
configuration so I can use ipad piano education apps and learn to play better?
Is there a special setting to make it talk to an ipad assuming that I already have proper ipad USB connection cable? Btw, any recommendations for the best app to teach sight reading of chord symbols, like Bb/A?
Most of my midi music has notation built in, so I need to learn to read written chords faster as in chart reading....
