Not only volume can't be changed...

Not only volume can't be changed...
Check this out: custom data cannot be backed up!

It is IRONIC that Korg forum's iKaossilator owners are busily programming data to the app when ALL DATA can be lost in an instant. READ MY POST. Comment. Make sure Korg gets this message. THERE IS NO WAY TO BACK UP USER DATA.
I mailed a bilingual Jap/Eng snail mail letter to Korg Japan. This problem needs to be fixed. So why aren't you forum members aware that YOU CAN ONLY BACK UP AUDIO, NOT PROGRAM DATA??
There is a type of program data back up if you post your loop data onto soundclound via the iKaossilator. You can then import SHARED world-wide user loops. But you won't get your own loop data, because you cannot choose which shared loops to import; imported shared loops are only randomly chosen by Korg. Thus Korg is so close to having a BACK UP capability, without even being aware that this functions exits. IF ONLY WE COULD CHOOSE WHICH SHARED LOOPS TO IMPORT THEN WE COULD CHOOSE OUR OWN PERSONAL LOOPS FROM OUR OWN SOUNDCLOUD PAGE. THEN WE COULD USE OUR SOUNDCLOUD ACCOUNT AS OUR BACK UP for iKaossilator.

Not yet but wow, it still is a ton of fun to work with. I record it into cubasis at times and adjust track volumes there. I use it mostly for backing drums. I loaded some of my own samples made with dm1 drum app into it and bled those with the ikaossilator drums. :D

That's pretty darn cool, so cool let me put shades on... B-)

I like playing/mixing in realtime which is why I really was hoping to be able to mix the volume in the app itself.

Cheers,

Yes I too wish that individual track volumes could be changed but there is no work around within the ikaossilator available that I am aware of. Still Love the little bugger though. It is very inspirational for creating fresh music. I do not expect another upgrade will be released but that would be on my wish list if one were to magically appear. A lot of us were hoping for more sound packs also and would be willing to pay for them even if anyone is listening.

Yep, agree...

+2 ('cause I have two hands) for the volume adjustment
and
+1 ('cause I can raise one foot before falling) for the additional sound pacts

The copy and paste for ones own sounds was a nice addition in that last update.

really, its a fantastic app...one of the best out there. Korg really needs to continually update this. I got this when it was once on sale for 9.99. Completely worth it, and I dare say it even stands up against the other kaossilators. It has its limitations but then again that is what inspires creativity.

I think volume control should be at the top of the list of updates.

Others needed:
arps
sound packs
grid matrix
