I want to replace my old floppy drive with a usb drive in its place.
So, my question it is better to take it there with two 2 usb or with a single USB port

I replaced the floppy in my PA50 with a Gotek floppy emulator that looks exactly like your second picture...I don't know why you'd need dual USB ports, especially since the Gotek allows you to divide up your USB flash drive into 100 floppy disk equivalents, selected by one of the front panel pushbuttons...
