iKaossilator backup/restore function problem.

I get a warning prompt when I try to turn on the new Restore/Backup to iCloud function: "iCloud is disabled. To use this function, please enable the iCloud." Ironically enough, my iCloud is enabled in every possible way. What am I missing? There is no iCloud enabling option in the iKaossilator program itself. Where is it?

I have the same problem too. But as it works fine in other korg apps I think it's probably a bug with the iKaossalator. I don't want to do a delete and reinstall as I don't wish to lose my songs, so I can't find out if that would fix it.
Once they're back after the holidays they may reply or even fix the problem.
PS this thread should really be in the iPad software section

That is an old answer. They updated all korg iPad apps on the 19th December 2012 to include iCloud backup and it is this function that isn't working properly on the ikaossilator.

"Anybody out there??" You entirely missed the point: NOBODY at English-speaking Korg offices answers your or my emails. "Anybody out there??": The short answer is no, not at all. It took me a letter written in nihongo to get a Korg rep's reply. So go figure.

Sorry about that. Didn't realise you were referring to korgs communication skills.

Was to turn on iCloud Drive, then delete and reinstall the app. If you don't want to lose your loops, use a desktop app called ifunbox to backup your loop directory, delete, reinstall, and copy the loop directory back over the new one. Hope this helps
