Best Mellotron Samples to use with your Extreme?

Hi.
I wondering what Mellotron samples do you use with your TEX? "Tape Fluete" and other "tape" samples in Vintage bank are cool, but thats far from original... Maybe you guys have some experience with Mellotron samples? Witch do you use? Any libaries recomendation? Ofcourse, the best will be some free samples... Maybe there is some Triton programs created for that kind of sounds?
