Two problems -PA 50 Sd

I am using Korg PA 50.. i have two problems..
1.Nothing is showing when i press the dirsct sd button even if there are styles in the sd card but i am able to load the styles through sd card button.

2.The keyboard is getting stuck while playing styles in the funk button .its happenging occassionally.

can anybody suggest a solution.. please...
