how to assign effects to aftertouch

how would you attach one of the effects to the aftertouch?

Set after touch as sourch for the IFX. Go to the IFX page where the program is routed to, and there you will see the parameters you can control. Set After Touch as the src for Wet/Dry.
Generally, on KORG synths , you go to the page that you want to control, and then select the controller source there. There are thousands of parameters you can control with 100s of srouces.
On other synths, it's the other way around and there is control matrix page listing source/destination.
