Scratchy Volume Pot on Radias / Repairing Radias Pots

Hiya, I recently purchased a used Radias on Ebay, and it has a few problems (but I did get it at a very cheap price!). Biggest issue is the volume knob is scratchy, and was curious as to how I might go fixing this. If I used a contact cleaner or tuner cleaner on it, would I have to open up the unit to spray it in there, or can I just pull the knob off and spray down into it? (I'm guessing I'll have to open it). And then I guess the second option to fix it is to replace the pot itself... I've only soldered a guitar input connection once... so I'm not exactly a pro at it.

Also, the decay EG knob on the amp is a bit sticky on the left and right extremes of it's turn... how might I go about loosening it up? It doesn't appear to be gunked up anymore than any other when I pull the knob off.

Lastly, the selector switch for the mic input is broken off at the tip. It still works, you just have to finesse it with a pen or something. Other than super gluing some end piece on to it, can this part be replaced?

I'm asking ya'll because it seems really difficult to find any information from Korg on the Radias anymore. The unit is absolutely perfect for my production needs, so I want to keep it... I just wish I could fix these problems. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks ya'll.
