Navigation how to, please

I need to explain to another non-technical person with a "new" TR 61 how to change sustain pedal polarity, however I don't have access to a TR, for starters.

If someone wouldn't mind explaining step by step, including specifically which buttons to press to navigate to the right area, would be great.

And is it Utility that leads to Rec/Write so as to save settings when done? Again, button press specifics would be ideal - "screen shots" would be ideal!!!
