I doubt there is a service manual for this kind of machines. I think that Korgs service center itself just replaces modules and boards according to the fault symptoms until the issue disspears and thats all.
The time where a tech opened the device and armed with service manuals, multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron, etc. troubleshooted the failure are gone except for some appasionate electronic engineers/techs (as I also did long ago)

It's really weird, I service manuals for 85% of my equipment, I have a service manual for all my korg keyboards except the Radias. Can't find it anywhere, except some ebay listing, and based on my searches so far I am not going to pay $15 for the wrong unit. Or the seller calling it a service manual when it's no more than the operator guide.
I have an intermittent display, where the display goes blank, sometimes there is a brief time of backwards or inverted text. The unit work perfect except for this problem. I've had the unit apart a few times, find nothing, yet it will work fine when reassembled for a while. I assume there is a bad connection on a cable or component.

This isn't the service manual? It's only 8 pages, but it's definitely not the user manual.
It does say "Radias KB" as though maybe it's only the service manual for the keyboard itself, which would be pretty crappy if they were trying to be intentionally confusing.
