Hello,

Id like to make kronos61 + Simple Master kb (Just communicate with Kronos in midi signal) combination.
But Ihave no idea which kb is best for piano touch.
Could u please recommend for me?

As my experience. M3-88s key touch was good but it's tooo expensive to use as simple master kb.

The least expensive board that will feel much like an M3-88 would be the Korg SP-250.

For low cost, nice feel, and also low travel weight, I'd look at Casio. The PX-150 doesn't have MIDI connectors, but should work with the Kronos over USB. (The higher end PX-350 and PX-5S have MIDI connectors.)

Haven't played one myself, but the AKAI MPK 88 gets excellent reviews.

I had one but returned it due to the buttons rattling.

Here's a YouTube clip showing someone else with the noise, mine was as loud as his.

Can be fixed if you want to void the warranty as this clip shows.

For the first few days rattle asside, I liked it. However while the keys felt smooth, I found that the edges between keys would sometimes dig into my fingers (or catch my fingers).

But it was the rattle that caused me to return it.

Don't know the details of all of those, but the SP -250 doesn't have aftertouch or of course, being a piano, a joystick/pitch bend or ribbon controller.

Don't know how important these are to the OP

I'll say it again...

In all the years I've been a performing musician (40 years this past April) the best 88-note controller I've ever played remains the Yamaha KX88. I have one leaning against a wall here, unused now, but just can't bring myself to sell it. It had the best 88-key feel of anything shy of a Steinway 9' grand.

And I say that because I used to practice every day on one.
