sound is at 0:51 and 0:53 and repeats throughout the song

almost drill like sound, it's probably possible with the r3 but I'm not sure where to start.

The "dubstep sound" is lots of saws. You'll need to start off with a saw oscillator and routing a saw LFO to pitch. OSC Sync might prove helpful too. I've never tried to make one so take my advice with a grain of salt...but yeah, saws...and LFOs.
